- Cancellation Policy: 15 days 100% non-refundable / 16-30 days 75% / 31-45 days 50% / 46-60 days 25% / prior to 60 days 10%.
- Waiting Time: First hour free when meeting an incoming flight: 3 Pax AC $50/hr.; 5 Pax AC $75/hr.;9 Pax AC $100/hr.
- Overtime Charges: $50 if aircraft departs EIS before 9 am or lands at EIS after 6 pm. Second Pilot $150.00
- Additional Charge of $25 for Customs and Immigration overtime on Sundays and $125.00 on Public Holidays all day.
